AI spend is rising. Realised value is not.
Most enterprises now have AI licences, a handful of pilots and a steering committee. Far fewer have AI doing meaningful work inside the workflows that drive cost, cash and customer outcomes. Assistants go unused, promising pilots never reach production, and new regulation raises the price of getting governance wrong. The gap is rarely the model. It is process, data, integration, adoption and accountability.
- Pilots that never reach production scale
- AI licences bought ahead of real adoption
- Regulatory exposure — EU AI Act, India’s DPDP Act — without a clear owner
Closing that gap is an operating discipline, not a technology purchase.
Why enterprise AI stalls — and what we do differently
Most organisations don’t lack ideas or tools. They lack a way to turn both into dependable, everyday operations.
| Where it stalls | What it costs | What SynAdopt does instead |
|---|---|---|
| Use cases chosen for novelty | Activity without a measurable P&L effect | Value-ranked use cases, each with a baseline and a named KPI owner |
| AI bolted on beside core systems | Double entry, low trust, low use | AI built into the ERP, CRM and productivity workflows people already use |
| Governance added after go-live | Rework, blocked launches, audit risk | Controls designed in: access, logging, evaluation and human checkpoints |

Frequently asked questions
What does SynAdopt do?
SynAdopt is an enterprise AI adoption firm. We take AI from pilot to production inside the ERP, CRM and productivity platforms you already run, operate it under clear governance, and measure its business impact against an agreed baseline.
How is SynAdopt different from a systems integrator?
Systems integrators are typically measured on delivering a system. We are measured on adoption and outcomes. We start with workflow and value, design governance in from the beginning, and stay accountable for use and results after go-live — not just for the build.
Do you work with AI agents, or only with assistants?
Both. Assistants help people do their work; agents carry out multi-step tasks across systems. We use agents where the task is well defined and the controls are clear, and we design human approval points for any action with financial, legal or customer impact.
How do you handle the EU AI Act and India’s DPDP Act?
Every program includes an AI inventory, risk classification and a control set mapped to the regulations that apply to you. Our AI Risk & Governance program goes further for organisations facing regulatory deadlines. We implement governance alongside your legal counsel; we do not provide legal advice.
How does an engagement usually start?
Most clients start with a 30-minute consultation, then either the three-week Executive AI Strategy Workshop or a fixed-fee diagnostic focused on one priority — cost, licence ROI, governance or data readiness. Both produce a roadmap you own, whether or not we continue together.
Where do you work?
We work with clients in India and the European Union, from Bengaluru and Spain, combining remote delivery with on-site working sessions.
Start with one workflow that matters
A 30-minute call with a senior lead. You’ll leave with a clear view of where AI can pay back first — whether or not we work together.
